Advocacy

The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce collaborates with entities throughout Hartford and Washington County.  We are proud of our working relationships with the City of Hartford, the Hartford Area Development Corporation, and the Hartford Business Improvement District.  Together, we advocate for the community both now and in the future.

The chamber has a seat on various committees and commissions, which in turn provides a channel of information to be shared to members and community.  True advocacy is understanding community business needs and finding a way to meet them.  In doing so, not only do we support our members, but the community as a whole.
