Program topics include improving communication, delegation, and performance management.

Tuition and Timing:

Hartford Area Leadership Program is $995 for HACC members and $1495 for non-members. This is all inclusive: education, materials, continental breakfasts, and lunches. Program begins September 2024 and commencement takes place in May 2025. Applications at (live link), due August 16^th, 2024. The maximum class size is eighteen students.

The Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce has representation on the Washington County Commission for Next Generation Housing - Washington County, WI

Marketing Hartford is comprised of the City of Hartford Administrator, the Executive Director of the Hartford Area Development Corporation, the President of the Hartford Business Improvement District, and the Executive Director of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce. Together we promote and attract tourism to the Hartford area
by means of quarterly digital destination guides and bi-monthly newsletters.

Education & Advocacy Committee is an ad hoc committee of the HACC Board of Directors. Formed in 2024, this committee had input into the return of the Hartford Area Leadership Program in 2024, gained insight from businesses for trainings or mini-classes to be offered, and has introduced Learning Tours through local businesses.

Our Chamber Check program was developed to promote the concept of buy local and support local. Any person or business can purchase chamber checks, but only HACC members can accept them. Thousands of dollars annually are kept right here in the Hartford area.
